North Baltic Conference 2020 in Reykjavik (Online)

The quantitative measurement of intraoperative blood flow is the focus of the project at IBT. One aspect of the project is the analytically derived correction of the systematic error by assuming a faulty model by simulating the propagation of photons in the artery. A Monte Carlo model was set up and further developed. The results presented at NBC2020 revealed new questions and highlighted the need for further research on this model.
