  • The ablation planning tool is an interactive software  aimed to visualize clinical data from electro-anatomical mapping systems (EAMS) together with the results from simulated electrical activation using the cardiac electrophysiology simulator openCARP. The main goal is to help in the integration of in-house developed software modules. The student will develop the graphic user interface (GUI) that helps visualize data from EAMS maps and simulation outputs. The student will explore the possibility of the integration of virtual reality or augmented reality visualization.
