Electroanatomical mapping provides a valuable inside for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. While modern mapping systems can process intraatrial electrograms into clinical readable maps in real time, they cannot be modified to tackle research specific questions. This work focusses on sinus map extraction from sensed paced mapping data. In this specific stimulation maneuver stimulation is done based on detected sinus beats. While commercial mapping systems can provide the paced mapping information, the sinus beats are lost or have to be manually processed, which is not feasible for bigger patient cohorts. In this work an automated approach will be improved to extract sinus mapping data from intraatrial recordings and provide the basis for further in-silico personalization.
