Development and Quantitative Analysis of Automatic Electrical Impedance Tomography Signal Component Detection and Separation Algorithms

Development and Quantitative Analysis of Automatic Electrical Impedance Tomography Signal Component Detection and Separation Algorithms
type:Bachelor thesis
tutor:

M.Sc. Michael Kircher

person in charge:

Ibrahim Tabet

During this Bachelor thesis, multiple algorithms to detect and separate different EIT signal components shall be tested and compared.
The statistical analysis shall be performed on synthetic data with a known ground truth to assess the accuracy.
On top, the robustness of these methods shall be analyzed on measured clinical data.
